Terrible customer service, it is been a month and I do not have any status of my order, In fact they had stopped answering my emails, I am feeling like I am getting robbed, if you are an international consumer I recommend to not buy anything from this brand.

Their warranty service is a joke.The zipper is broken and hurting my hands but takes forever to have the replacement parts or any updates!!

What a fantastic support!. They took care of my issue promptly and solved it without making the process long nor painful. They understood my problem and resolved it efficiently in less than 24 hours.
