KITA Biberbau

Unsere Tochter ist seit fast 8 Monaten in der Krippe und sehr glücklich dort. Das Team ist sehr engagiert und kümmert sich sehr liebevoll um die Kleinen. Jeden Tag gibt es ein neues Programm, es wird gebastelt, es werden Ausflüge unternommen, es gibt sogar Yoga :). Wir sind sehr froh, dass unser Kind hier so gut aufgehoben ist.

Schlechte bis gar keine Kommunikation, vollkommen überteuert und vor allem eine miserable Kinderbetreuung! Familienintern nach kurzer Zeit nur noch als „Horror-Haus“ betitelt. Die Leitung zeigte leider null Kooperationsbereitschaft bei der von uns gewünschten Vertragsauflösung! Ersparen Sie sich und ihren Kindern das. In München gibt es so viele bessere Alternativen.

Very bad …They r very rude. They don’t see and understand kids. Kids are always inside the closed doors. Teachers r not available for kids and there behave is very rude. My kid has started psychological impact. Food is not at all kids friendly. I left my job bcz of them.

After several incidents we have decided to leave Biberbau here is why:Within 9 months 3 pedagogues left our kids group. Each time followed by a phase of big tears for kid as they have formed an attachment to them. We were never notified that they are leaving and just learnt it when picking the kid up and hearing “this is my last day, good bye”. From the Elterngespräche we got an impression of the hierarchy between Leitung + Pädagogische Leitung and the pedagogues which did not seem to be very pleasant for work environment.Communication is chaotic. Leading up to starting at this kita the Leitung took sometimes months to reply to us, while we received confirmation about our spot in November it took her until August next year to actually send the contract. This is a dreadful situation for parents going back to work. Same for admin questions, we rarely get a reply.Prices have been increased over two months three times. While I understand that costs have increased for eg energy, being asked again and again to pay more this and that and in parallel to remove services that you are still paying for is upsetting. Example: Hygiene Pauschale covered sheets being washed and changed, parents now have to do this them selves and are more paying for the Pauschale.Food is mostly couscous, bread with sugary jam and noodles. A parent in my group has found whole chickpeas in her 12 month old kid’s diaper. I don’t understand why a choking hazard is being fed to the kids.
