“Always busy”“Always need appointments”But they have time to do their personal calls during working hours,,, when they are supposed to be so “busy”!I’ve never come across a bank where you have to do banking according to the staff schedule!By the time I got an appointment to open an account. I was not very intrigued by the process.I was told I can have shares if I want to. Can also do it later.I told her I will leave the shares for now. But then she changed her mind saying I have to take out shares to open an account!After opening the account I wrote her an email to cancel my new account.She did not even respond to the email.Few days later I got the “new account” details sent to an old address!!! Where I do not live anymore!I wrote her again to confirm that I do not want the account and to send me a confirmation email that she received my email! She still did not email me.I eventually went into the bank and spoke to the front desk lady. When she checked the details. The account was closed according to the system.So the staff member who originally opened the account, did get my emails. Just decided to ignore me.Poor service.
