To all customers looking for a freight forwarder in Germany. I would highly recommend this Company. I had the best experience from the start till the end in getting my car custom cleared. I have good experience in businesses and customer service and this company is at its best.I compared to other 7 big and medium-sized freight forwarders in Germany - Hamburg that had good reviews on google, but surprisingly after I attempted contacting them multiple times through emails and phones, The quality of service was not as I expected. I reached a point where I wanted to take care of the customs clearance process myself.From the email I sent to Mr. Tim Haenel, I got a direct next-day reply. Whenever I called, he answered directly and re-called me back. I got a full transparent offer with all the costs to be paid and the possible expected costs. Nothing is hidden like the other offers I received from some other companiesIt was a great experience working with Mr. Tim Haenel, he was always there for me, answering my phone calls, replying to my emails, and updating me on the vessel updates. He is very experienced, professional and knows what he is doing, and how to get things done.I was under high time pressure and stress because of the extensive delays of the vessel arrival which caused the continuous rescheduling of multiple appointments whereas all are dependencies. Because of the corona, everything needs an appointment and if I don’t finish them all in Hamburg, I can't go back to Cologne in my car. Mr. Tim understood my situation and considered it by giving all his effort and dedication to finishing everything as soon as possible.Nevertheless, Mr. Tim realised my curiosity and interest in getting involved in the customs clearance process, so he gave me the opportunity to join him on this day and witness the process.Thank you Mr. Tim Haenel for this great experience and adventure. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend, sie arbeiten gewissenhaft und sind hilfsbereit.Die Preise sind fair und meiner Meinung nach gehören sie zu dem Durchschnitt in dieser Branche. Mein Tipp: einfach mal die Preise mit anderen Spediteuren vergleichen!Meine Erfahrung und Empfehlung: Walther Landgraf immer wieder gerne!
