I visit the Rossmann today, the staff way to deal with customer is very bad. I bought some things on sale and after I reach the kasse, they clarify that the rabatt is for only two (which is not mentioned in the app or leaflet). When I return it back, they omit the sale percentage from the whole quantity!!! I tried to explain the problem they didn't hear and refuse to give me the bill after I finished! I find a mistake and try to make them understand that there is mistake they didn't replyA very bad experience

Unglaublich lange Wartezeiten, die dank des unfreundlichen Personals noch angenehmer werden. Bezahlvorgänge an den SB Kassen werden ohne Grund durch das Personal abgebrochen und an den „normalen“ Kassen können die App Coupons nicht eingelesen werden

Really rude staff, was putting back and item I didn’t want and they accused me of throwing the items in the back of the shelf by shouting at me in a loud manner in-front of everyone, after I said “why would I possibly do that”they just ignored me. I was embarrassed of something I haven’t even done.

Super unfreundliche Leitung und super unqualifiziertes Personal.Weder Mitarbeiterin noch Leitung waren in der Lage Rückgabeartikel auf einen Gutschein zurückzubuchen. Hinzu kommt die extrem arrogante und unfreundliche Art der Leitung.Entweder sollte man diesen Personen qualifizierte Mitarbeiter zur Verfügung stellen oder die Filialleitung neu besetzen…

Really rude cashiers on duty tonight.All the self service counters were closed before 20:30 even with lots of customers remaining in the branch trying to pay.Then the two cashiers left working also thought it would be appropriate to simply close up their counters too.The first one shouted at an elderly man in front of me who was politely trying to ask for assistance - absolutely horrific treatment of a fellow human being.Then chased me away telling me to pay elsewhere.Then got into an argument with their colleague and basically just walked away saying “Ich hab Feierabend.”Finally it seems cashier #2 understood that paying customers were still waiting and agreed to keep her counter open.If your trading hours are listed until 21:00, customers should surely not be treated like garbage for trying to finalize their purchases at 20:30!I don’t know what’s going on at this branch but the staff definitely have no interest whatsoever in maintaining the reputation of the Rossmann brand.If someone from management reads this I will be glad to provide a description of the employees, particularly the one who shouted at the older customer. Unfortunately I did not notice the names of the employees involved.

Sehr schöne, moderne und vor allem große Filiale. Ich war zuletzt an einem Samstag dort. Die Kassensituation war fürchterlich, sodass man für den kleinsten Einkauf ewig anstehen musste. Von den automatischen Kasse funktionierte leider auch nur die Hälfte. Hier ist definitiv noch Luft nach oben.

Rossmann ist ähnlich ist gut an Ware aufgestellt und hat oft sehr gute Angebote und Auswahl

ich weiß nicht wo ich anfangen soll am liebsten würde ich gar kein Stern geben unglaublich ekelhafter Laden unfreundliches Personal absolut schäbig. geht lieber zu DM!!!
