Kitchen and toilet/shower (2 in each floor) shared by 14 person. Only 2 washing machines for the whole building (8 floor*14 person/floor). High-speed internet is included. The caretaker is friendly and responsible person. Sometimes situation will become really annoying, specially if your neighbors are arrogant/inconsiderate idiot.If you are desperate- there's a good chance that you'll able to get an room here. It's a large building and looks like few rooms are always available.

Most of the toilets are blocked, shower was closed for 4 months whereas we had to go another floor for taking shower! Kitchen stoves are not heating properly, such a bad response from them. They are now loosing their tenants every now and then because of this careless behaviour.

Das Wohnheim ist sehr schlecht. Verstopfe Klos, verschimmelte duschen und verdreckte Küchen. Außerdem sehr oft laut. Zimmer sind sich relativ klein und Internet du funktioniert auch nicht immer wie es soll. Wenn sie nicht gerade in den 7 oder 8 Stock ziehen würde ich dieses Wohnheim meiden.

Not so good services. Internet Service is not so good, Washing Machines also don't have good Service. If you contact them to fix anything, which is not working properly, for example Cooking Stove in Kitchen, then won't respond, as if they know there are problems and they don't care...
