Not a good school. Expensive, poorly equipped and staffed, with some teachers having only a generic grasp of English, as other reviewers have noted.Our son was repeatedly told he'd 'fail' by a succession of bullying teachers (staff turn-around meant he had many over the years), only to prove them all gloriously wrong on exam day, which brought him some small consolation.We often wonder whether we made a mistake placing him here, instead of a more nurturing environment.Unfortunately, English-speakers living in the area have few choices when it comes to schooling their children - not everybody can afford to send their kids to FIS.

It's a good school, however the organisation could be better. Sadly though, the teachers employed are less and less English speakers(for an international school) but more Germans. This is quite unfortunate due to the German teachers not knowing the English words every now and then, making it rather complicated to learn for the IGCSE and IB exams. It is a good school however, with many different cultures!
