Hairdresser 'Colette'

I was met by a very welcoming young lady who could offer me an appointment on the spot. The haircut was exactly how I wanted it to be. She spoke good English and understood me well. It was cheap, fast and with a good result! I will return!

Do salonu trafiłam sugerując się zdjęciami na instagramowym profilu i pozytywnymi opiniami klientów. A teraz będę regularnie wracać! Pani Ania jest naprawdę świetna: od razu zrozumiała jakiego efektu szukam i potrafiła nazwać to lepiej niż ja sama zdołałam przekazać. Pomogła doradzić, wybrać odpowiednią mieszankę kolorów i stworzyła piękny, wielowymiarowy kolor. Moje włosy znów mają swój naturalny kolor sprzed lat, zanim pojawiły się siwe włosy, a wraz z nimi moje samowolki fryzjerskie. Pełen profesjonalizm, wysoka jakość, bardzo przyjazna atmosfera i zaangazowanie na medal.Bardzo, bardzo polecam!

Even 1 star is too much for that low service quality place. Equipments are older than what my great grandfather has used and the staff are rude. I just paid 40 PLN for nothing and quickly left the place right after ''haircut'' done.

Das Personal ist sehr nett, meine Freundin und ich haben unsere Haare waschen, schneiden, föhnen und glätten lassen und waren total zufrieden. Der Schnitt etc. war sehr gut und der Preis war unschlagbar. Wir haben nicht mehr als 22 Euro pro Person gezahlt und würden aufjedenfall wiederkommen!

Questionable politeness. More and more UA staff.

Went with my family while in Krakow. This sweet salon managed to fully dye, trim, blowdry and straighten my hair alongside two other family members. We were met with the most professional and gentle people. Although there was a slight language barrier, this only added to the authenticity of the salon and made our time all the while more humoristic. From the online communication and booking of times before arriving, to sitting for hours at the salon, these people were dedicated and ultimately knows 'hair'. Fairly priced and certainly worth it. Lastly the service was top-notch and I will definitely revisit this salon if I happen to be in Krakow some other time.
