Amazing place! First place in Berlin, I had the feeling, that really knew what they where doing and where I felt comfortable. Also the only place I know where they just help you if there is something wrong with your piercing and don‘t charge you instantly for a ‚good tip‘ like sooo many other shops where its just about the Money. Love it here!

Great experience getting a double conch! Super professional and accurate, I originally had planned for different piercings but the piercer recommended to alter my plans based on the anatomy of my ear. Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, will definitely be a returning customer!

Habe mich hier in den vergangenen 5 Monaten zweimal tätowieren lassen. Beide Künstler (Misharuka und Dotbydot) habe ich als sehr professionell und kundenorientiert wahrgenommen. Die Arbeiten sind super geworden! Der Laden ist sehr hygienisch und professionell. Die coole Attitüde einiger Mitarbeiter am front desk sollte man nicht als unfreundlich missinterpretieren. Freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Termin mit Matt (Dotbydot)!!

Ich habe mir bei AKA ein Nostril stechen lassen. Das Stechen selbst war bei einem männlichen Piercer, der sehr nett war und mir ein gutes Gefühl gegeben hat. Ich kam 5 Monate später zum Tauschen des Piercings dann noch mal in den Laden. Dieses mal hat die Piercerin den Stecker gegen einen Ring gewechselt.Was ich echt schade fand, war die Tatsache, dass ich mit guter Laune in den Laden bin und mehr als schlecht gelaunt wieder rauskam.Die Piercerin hatte soooo unfassbar keinen Bock, dass sie nicht mal mit mir ins Gespräch gegangen ist, welches Piercing passen könnte oder was ich mir überhaupt vorstelle. Sie hat nur das nötigste mit mir gesprochen (hallo, tschüss). Nachdem sie das Piercing rausgenommen hat, stellte sie nach langer Suche fest, dass sie eigentlich keinen passenden Ring für mich da hat. Dann hat sie mir ungefragt ein schmaleres Piercing reingemacht mit dem Hinweis, dass das aber zu Komplikationen führen kann. Ich habe mich null abgeholt gefühlt und hätte das gern vor dem Wechsel des Piercings besprechen wollen und nicht, wenn der Ring schon drin ist. Leider hat die Piercerin mich mit ihrer schlechten Laune so verunsichert, dass ich nicht nachhaken wollte.Ich muss sagen, ich bin enttäuscht und gleichzeitig extrem irritiert von der Unprofessionalität. Ich werde nicht noch mal hingehen und rate es auch niemandem für Piercings. Überlege auch, den Ring noch mal von einem anderem Studio checken zu lassen.

I came here for a piercing exchange multiple times already (in “emergencies”). I trust the piercer and don’t make the sizing decisions on my own, which is a huge mistake as every time I come out with a smaller barbel than it should’ve been. I have told them on the spot that I am concerned with the jewelry being small, to which they reply “you’ll get used to it, or just come back again.”I will not come back again!!!!!!I have had to go under a local anesthesia on my lip because they’ve put a piercing so small that it sunk into it. Similar things have happened to my other 4/5 years old facial piercings due to jewelry change in this place.For piercing service - I understand the comfort they provide. But the quality of the job they do is, from my experience, inadequate.

The staff was super kind and professional! This was my first piercing so I was a little nervous, but the atmosphere was really calming and everything went amazing!

I got a new Tattoo by Mat (dotbydot) and it’s exactly what I looked for. The consultation beforehand was very helpful as he shared important thoughts and limits in order to make my idea look good on the skin. Execution was quick and painless with an excellent result.I’ve been here also for three lobe piercings. All of their work is done professionally and with high hygiene standards.

I've been there around 3 times update my jewellery, so these are my experiences: Be sure to go with the male piercer if you can! The female piercer was in my experience (and according to other reviews) intimidating, unfriendly, and aggressive. I felt like my questions were a bother to her, even though if it was 1 or 2 questions about the material or size. I wanted to know what was being stuck in my body but did not feel open or comfortable with asking basic questions. It feels like she hates customers. Twice I've had my piercing updated by her and both times were very uncomfortable.
