Nur zu empfehlen besster Service.

Haben heute mein Mietfahrzeug zurück gegeben, hat sehr gut funktioniert. Die Mitarbeiterin hilfsbereit, freundlich was willst da mehr - einen Punkt habe ich wofür die Station nix kann...der dürftige Netzausbau von Hertz, 80km um ein Fahrzeug zurück zugeben..puh..

Gute und hilfsbereite Betreuung

The worst. First time and last time renting. First time they add blue ran out and they didn’t help. I had to walk to a gas station and figure it out. Missed an expensive appointment. No help. No discount. Last time I ordered a specific size car a month in advance. Called to confirm. I arrived and was given the option of. 12 person passenger van or a little car. Took the car and spent over 100 euro shipping the luggage I was supposed to bring with me. No remediation. No discount.

Horrible experience. Wrong vehicle. They gave me a huge Van when I reserved a smaller vehicle. They were rude and made jokes about it. Told me I could exchange it the next day, knowing the would be closed. They charged me a random fee. Charged me for snow tires that it didn't have and I didn't ask for. Not even snowy or icy. Still have not received my security deposit almost a week later. Customer service won't help. No refund, no explanation on additional charges. They also charged me for 3 days when it was 2 because I tried to return it Sunday. I did not see nor did they mention a drop box. No signs. They were closed. So I returned it Monday morning.

Had a great rental box truck from them the staff was helpful
