Very bad experience

Had an MRI scan months ago. Extremely friendly staff and excellent service!

Im Zusammenhang mit meiner Prostataerkrankung habe ich Anfang Juli dieses Jahres ein Telefonat mit einer Mitarbeiterin der Vitus geführt. Freundliches Telefonat und es wurde der Eindruck vermittelt, dass das Prostata Center der richtige Ansprechpartner ist. Nach dem Informationsaustausch dann am 7.7.20 alle Arztunterlagen wie besprochen zugesandt und vereinbart, dass die Dame die Angelegenheit bespricht und sich kurzfristig wegen der weiteren Vorgehensweise meldet. Keine Rückmeldung, worauf ich am 21.7.20 schriftlich nachgefragt habe. Zwischenzeitlich wurden in einer anderen Klinik weitere urologische Untersuchungen durchgeführt, die Ergebnisse nach Absprache auch an die Vitus gesandt. Mit der schriftlichen Antwort vom 27.7.20 erneut zugesichert, dass man sich meldet, sobald Prof. Stehling die Unterlagen ausgewertet hat. Am 10.8.20 habe ich Prof. Stehling wegen der weiteren Vorgehensweise direkt angeschrieben, leider hüllt auch er sich bis heute in Schweigen.Eine vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit sieht anders aus, hier wird wohl nur heiße Luft verbreitet.

I don't usually do reviews, but having read one or two comments on this Clinic, I felt compelled to share my experiences at this clinic myself, which were 100% positive in every aspect. Naturally I was very nervous about this procedure, and wanted a thorough explanation of it, and what it entailed. When I arrived at the Vitus Clinic, which was also in the middle of the Covid crisis, which was clearly a difficult time for the staff and patients to contend with. I was received with respect, and found the clinic staff to be very professional, and after my initial review, I met with the senior consultant and his neurologist the following day, and everything was explained to me about the procedure to remove my tumors from the prostate. Having been given a full appraisal of my situation, I then had a full set of biopsies taken of the prostate, and it was found that I had 9 tumors, and after a necessary time for the prostate to settle down from the biopsies taken, all were successfully removed with the IRE Poration treatment. I was advised that my PSA would spike immediately after my treatment, which it did, and I had another scan before I was discharged from the clinic, but following further PSA's post treatment, as the surgeons their advised it should, my PSA went down to below 1, which has shown from time to time very small variations since then, but has remained very low. Apart from the surgeons themselves, who are an amazing team of people, I would give particular praise to the nursing staff at this clinic, as I found them to be very thorough in their day to day care of me, and I would recommend anybody that has issues with their prostate to consider this clinic very seriously, as they certainly know their stuff.

I have been visiting this center since 2015 regularly and extremely pleased with thier excellent service offered by them. They have very patient friendly and supportive staff that genuinely care for patient health and wellbeing.. My thanks and gratitude to Prof. Stehling, Charlotte Hohn, Viviane and the rest of staff...Thank you all

A friend had treatment there. The lack of post opp care was abysmal. Once paid and released they failed to reply to any aftercare communications, even when the cancer returned only 3 months later? Beware and stay clear of medical cowboys

Not reliable, wouldn’t recommend
