I've been doing LYT Yoga with Poppy for 6 months now and I'm super happy! I started with her Fundamental LYT program which was very informative and great for learning the basics of her yoga technique. I have had problems with my lower back, shoulders, neck and jaw for years and after only a few months training I already feel better! Poppy definitely knows what she is doing and is very dedicated to her students and to help them get better. Also, the atmosphere in her classes is always very welcoming and supportive!I'm looking forward to many more practices with you!

Poppy is a super professional and friendly Yoga teacher! I enjoy every lesson with her. Unfortunately, I can only attend her classes online, as I am not living in Germany, BUT: it is great! And she sees everything ;) Also online she advises me how to better do the different figures etc. Definitely always the highlight of my day, when I can join Poppy's class!

Poppy's kind way of teaching, always with a smile on her face, correcting our posture and the way we move in such a professional manner, explaining to us how and why we should correctly move, makes her an amazing teacher! I've been her student since she started teaching and I can see so much progress in my body, my balance and how I move! I am so grateful to be her student!

Fun and enjoyable Yoga Practice.Poppy Zahn always prepares different course materials and she brings joy to the class.After joining her class , I feel like recharging the energy.Her class suits to everyone even to the one who never do Yoga before.I always looking forward to join her class.

Poppy ist eine tolle Yoga Lehrerin. Sie achtet genau darauf, dass wir die Übungen richtig ausführen und unseren Körper stärken und ihm Gutes tun. Sie leitet die Kurse mit viel Leidenschaft und kümmert sich um jeden einzelnen. Dabei ist sie immer gut gelaunt und versprüht eine positive Energie. Ich bin viel fitter, seit ich die Kurse bei ihr mache und kann (endlich!) meine rechte Schulter wieder richtig bewegen.

I'm having a very positive experience at this place. It is very clear that the instructor, Poppy, is extremely professional. I've had a knee problem for over a couple of years, with much pain and not being able to squat all the way down or kneel. After just a few sessions, I did it! I was able to squat and my knee pain has significantly decreased. I highly recommend trying it out!

Poppy yogaに通い始めてほぼ２年が過ぎ、少しずつ体幹を鍛え、かなり自信が持てるようになってきました。Poppy の丁寧で細やかな指導と、研究熱心な姿にはいつも感心させられます。最近、思わぬアクシデントで首や腰を痛めてしまったのですが、Poppy の適切なアドバイスのもと、あっという間に痛みが消えてしまい、本当にびっくりすると共に、感謝の気持ちで一杯になりました。本当に有難う！！！
