Schlechte Erreichbarkeit

Hat alles geklappt , sehr freundlich und schnell .

Katastrophal. Kommunikation schleppend bis gar nicht vorhanden. Beschwerden oder Fragen werden einfach ignoriert. Monate nach Auszug wurde einfach nochmal Geld abgebucht, nach Beschwerde kommentarlos zurück überwiesen. Immerhin. Eine Aussage wie es dazu kommen konnte gibt es nicht. Die Wohnungen an sich sehr schön, das ist aber auch das einzig Positive und dazu hat Proimmobilia nichts getan. Ich würde jedem DRINGEND abraten, hier eine Wohnung zu mieten. Insbesondere auch, da das Internet sehr häufig ausfällt und auch in diesem Fall Proimmobilia absolut inaktiv bleibt. Zusammengefasst: Nie wieder Proimmobilia

Gebäude ok, Ausstattung der Wohnung an sich auch. Lediglich der Backofen wird bei Weitem nicht so heiß, wie er soll. Internet ist langsam und hängt oft.WICHTIG: Der Geräuschpegel auf der Seite des Edeka ist aufgrund der gegenüberliegenden Lüftung unerträglich laut! ES IST RUND UM DIE UHR, 24/7 UNERTRÄGLICH LAUT! Der Lärm sprengt jede gesetzliche Richtlinie, der Vermieter reagiert nicht und man wird ignoriert. Trotz offenem Fenster und selbst bei niedrigen Außentemperatururen heizt sich die Wohnung auf und die Luft wird extrem stickig. Keine Wohnqualität und schon gar nicht für das Geld!!Ich rate euch ganz klar davon AB, hier eine Wohnung zu mieten, maximal noch eine Wohnung auf der Innenseite des Hofes!Eure Sorgen und Beschwerden werden nicht ernst genommen! Als Mieter ist man hier eine Nummer, soll sein Geld liegen lassen und das war es dann auch schon.

It is clean. It is organized. It is state of the art.The place is equipped with cameras, so you feel safe to go in and out.Third, they have an onsite manager and she is amazing!Jessica. She is organized, helpful, friendly, and she speaks English!She is a “wowser!” She is a person who gets the job done.What about the one star reviews here?Don’t worry!Those were from 7 months ago.Things change!Plus, when you move into a new place, you will encounter things that don’t work the way you like them. This is normal! If this happens to you, don’t get worked up. Go to Jessica and she will do whatever she can to make it work. The thing to remember is, she deals with many tenants who come to her with many problems to solve. In other words, you are not the only person she serves, so be patient.So there!If you still have doubts, go to Jessica and talk it out with her.You will thank me later.

We found this place for our son who is studying at the University of Bonn. We are very happy with it. It is in a great location with great amenities like a laundry facility, bike storage, self storage, parking and a large outdoor space. Its very close to everything and there are markets and restaurants right around the corner. The apartments are very nice and are also furnished.This place also has a great on site manager - Jessica. Jessica is friendly, helpful, and speaks English really well! It is definitely a plus for foreigners who don't speak German, such as myself. Jessica made the leasing process go so smoothly and knew exactly what was needed to complete it, in one visit! She goes out of her way to be helpful.I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an apartment in Bonn.
