Ein Arzt der sehr professionell, freundlich und ein absoluter Profi auf seinem Gebiet ist. Ergebnisse und Untersuchungen werden verständlich und Umfangreich erklärt. Man fühlt sich als Patient sehr gut aufgehoben.

Rude Call-taker: I called for an appointment, and told her my German wasn't the greatest but continued to speak in German, she was very quick to want to hang up the phone since i didn't have private insurance. I tried to ask how much the test would cost out of pocket, but again she was quick to hang up. Very unprofessional. I could hear her slamming her phone when she said goodbye. It didn't give me a good feeling. In addition, i did suggest i could call back later with a German speaking person (my mother). If she cannot fake her politeness, maybe she shouldn't be in front of people.EDIT: I am changing my review after seeing them. I would give 5 stars if the receptionist wasn't rude on the phone with me. However in person, they were professional and nice. I would highly recommend if you need to see a doctor for blood disorders.
