Haworth SE

This company has the worse customer support. They are not been answering emails or calls for a month. Super incompetent, my chair Zody broke and was still in warranty. I wrote them numerous emails until they sent me a part, but they did not send the correct part (FYI, the part they sent was like if you are ordering from some scammy Chinese website with no instructions on how to place it or whatsoever) ...So after over a month, my super expensive chair from Haworth is broken and still no answer or support from them. I will never buy from them again... Beter, get one IKEA or some other brand chair. They will likely answer and help if something breaks.

Unable to provide spare parts for end-costumers. Dealers in Munich also not interested. So chair goes to the wertstoffhof. There are other brands out there.
