Mercure Hotel Erfurt Altstadt

Wir waren 14 Gäste und alle sehr glücklich über die Wahl des Hotels. Die Lage ist optimal um Erfurt kennenzulernen. Der Empfang war äußerst freundlich und diese Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit setzte sich während des gesamten Aufenthaltes in allen Bereichen des Hotels fort. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und sauber. Das Frühstück bietet alles, was man sich von einem Hotel wünscht. Wenn Erfurt, dann wieder im Mercure Altstadt-Hotel.

The hotel has a perfect location just behind the main shopping street. So it is central but still nice and quiet.The stuff was really very friendly - that started from the Check-In and continued with the breakfast and bar service.The breakfast buffet was wonderful and there are enough tables inside and even a few outside.My room was spacious and clean with a searing area and a modern bathroom with shower. The housekeeping was attentive and even the mini-bar was filled up every day.Several restaurants are within three minutes walking distance.

Sehr schöne Lage direkt in der Altstadt. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu erleben. Das Personal freundlich und kompetent . Schöne Zimmer mit modernem Bad und ein super Frühstück wo für jeden was dabei war.

Perfect location in the middle of the beautiful city center with five-star breakfast, modern facilities and good service. There is a lounge available, a well-serviced bar, a very professional front desk, parking at the hotel. The breakfast buffet is comparable to 5+ star hotel breakfasts I have had elsewhere with very reliable service. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and well-maintained. The only disadvantage is that the rooms have little ventilation and opening the windows at night on the front side of the hotel is not advisable due to noise from the street.

Das Hotel hat eine wunderbare Lage. Man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Viele Restaurants und Geschäfte liegen in der Nähe. Gleichzeitig ist es ein ruhiger Ort, wo man sich gut erholen kann. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist auch gut. Nur eine Anmerkung: die Kissen waren nicht bequem. Es ist auch sehr wichtig, dass, trotz der zentralen Lage, das Hotel eigene Tiefgarage hat. Wir sind mit unserem Aufenthalt im Hotel sehr zufrieden.

Visited the hotel for business reasons and my stay was impeccable. The only thing I'd comment on is that when you book the rooms that look at the garden to have a quieter experience you have to count in the guests that may hang out in the garden. And when people walk and talk in the hallway, you hear them as well. That's the only negative thing I'd have to say ! Everything else was wonderful. The staff was friendly and approachable!

Es ist ein sehr gut gelegenes Hotel, der Service und die Zimmer sind super. Der Abzug alleinig, da wir im Sommer dort waren und im dritten OG (Dachgeschoss) gewohnt haben und dort generell in keinem Zimmer eine Klimaanlage ist. Bei hohen Temperaturen ist das eine Qual. Sonst alles 1a
