inlingua Düsseldorf charged me too much book cost (~40 EUR). It took me almost 4 MONTHS to get it back. During this time, I wrote numbers of emails and made numbers of phone calls. Most of the emails were simply ignored, and if replied, they asked me to go for some other person.Finally, I wrote a Mahnung" via email. This time it was immediately replied! And it was so funny that they told me in very strong word that a warning letter via email is not acceptable!! Money was back (32 instead of 40 EUR
