Das Hotel liegt zwar nicht in der besten Gegend, aber im Hinterhofbereich und es ist daher sehr ruhig gelegen.ein Straßenlärm obwohl es mitten in der Stadt ist. Unser Auto konnte sicher in der Tiefgarage abgestellt werden. Die nächste U - Bahn Station ist nicht weit weg und schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber ausreichend ausgestattet und die Betten bequem,lediglich das Badezimmer mit WC und Dusche ist z. T. etwas eng bemessen. Alles ist super sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und sehr zu empfehlen. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend und ist auch ganz unkompliziert auf persönliche Wünsche eingegangen ( besonderen Dank noch dafür an die Chefin des Hauses) Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Hotel staff were very nice. All rooms come with a side fan to help with the heat everyone is experiencing these days. Breakfast was also very good.

Highly recommend the hotel. The staff was great as were the accommodations. Hotel has a nice eating area and lounge area. We had a couple drinks before the turned in for the night. The room was clean. Uber to the hotel ran us about $60. There was a train station near us but they were on strike the day we were there.

Good location, very pleasant outdoors lounging area, great breakfast buffet. However, the room was a tiny bit dirty and the shower leaked a little into the bathroom. Overall, very nice experience!

Ich bin gerade leider Gast in diesem Hotel und kann die vielen guten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Seit 2h liege ich wach im Bett, weil es sich anhört, als würde rund um mich herum Kegeln und Möbel rücken gespielt. Ich weiß nicht, welches Klientel hier so unterkommt, von Nachtruhe hält man leider nicht viel. Ohropax und 2 Schlaftabletten helfen leider null.Die Zimmer sind soweit okay auf den ersten Blick, das Bad ist eng und in die Jahre gekommen.Für den Preise nicht angemessen, da habe ich schon für weniger Geld besser übernachtet.

Es war ordentlich und das Personal war freundlich. Die Umgebung ist nicht die Beste aber es gibt viele Essensmöglichkeiten und Anbindung an U-Bahn. Was ich aber anmerken muss ist dass man je zwei Hostel-Zimmer zusammen sind und man diese nicht getrennt voneinander abschließen kann. Betten und Frühstück waren in Ordnung. Es gibt abschließbare Schränke. Es wäre auch sehr wichtig wenn jedes Zimmer (je 4 Personen) zumindest ein Waschbecken hätte.

The Location of this Hotel is not very good it is quite far from central Berlin as it takes 30-40mins to go somewhere. But the service was good and the breakfast was a bit expensive but didn’t taste too bad. Would recommend for a short time but not if you’re planing on having a exceptional hotel

Ein echter Geheimtipp. Kommt als Hinterhofhotel in sagen wir „urbanem“ Umfeld daher, überrascht aber durch die mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Lobby und Restaurantausstattung und nicht zuletzt die geschmackvolle Musikauswahl im Hintergrund. Fahrstuhlgedudel wird man hier nicht hören. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber vergleichsweise groß für diese Preisklasse. Top die Sauberkeit überall. Das Personal ist zugewandt, zuvorkommend und freundlich. Ich komme sicher wieder und nehme die etwas längere U-Bahnfahrt zur Messe dafür gerne in Kauf.

I was already a bit wary of the deceptive practices of this hotel when I realized how much of a hike it is from central Berlin (30+ min on the Metro), despite their own writeup on hostelworld saying that they were “in the heart of the city.” It’s also in a pretty sketchy area that seems pretty seedy at night (as a solo female traveler especially—and I have lived in West Philadelphia for 5 years). The lobby is nice and clean and the staff seem very helpful. At first glance, the room seems fine, and the lockers are nice and big. The bathroom, however, is moldy and dirty, likely due to the lack of ventilation. This seems to be a theme here, because only one window opens about one inch and there are no fans to circulate air, so the result is a stuffy, humid, and mildew-smelling room. My nose is completely blocked and my throat is sore. The shower was awful and the shower curtain is moldy. There are no blackout curtains. In Berlin in the summertime there is never full darkness due to the high latitude, meaning that there is light coming through the window all night. I suspect there is mold in the room because I have developed a cough, and so have other people in my room. Overall AVOID THIS PLACE. The price is outrageous for what you get; I have slept in much better hostels in city centers for half the price.
