Would the clinic OIC care to read, consider and respond to these horrible reviews? And I’ll add that it is unprofessional to advertise that the clinic is open, only to show up, after a long drive, to see that it is actually closed for the day. That said, we’ve repeatedly enjoyed excellent service at the pharmacy and lab.

Don't bother making an appointment.It will be cancelled and or you'll wait for hours beyond the appointed time.Just go to a local Doctor.

It’s sad to read these reviews and see how similar experiences everyone’s had yet no changes are made. I made an ICE complaint and nothing was done. There’s a certain Nurse practitioner that everyone seems to have had similar horrible experiences with.

Don’t bother. Go to REAL doctors. They had the answer to my brain surgery in front of them. Medical gaslighting is real here. Pain for YEARS because they are lazy. Also lost my career because of them. If they did their job I would still have mine. Don’t risk yours with them. Part of my brain, part of my skull & part of my C1 vertebrae needed to be removed. One nurse practitioner that ignored it is still there.

I wish there was a no star rating... My first experience with the clinic here in Wiesbaden at Clay Kaserne was the worse. First, the TRICARE lady lost the paperwork I have provided a week ago and found out about it after waiting on the phone for 30 minutes to get an appointment and I couldn't do it because TRICARE disenrolled me so, the appointment line personnel couldn't give me an appointment!!... Then, I went to visit the physical therapy office... Long story short, I will NOT go for therapies there. Lady was super rude and it looked like it wanted to chock me and take me down... I put my arm and hand out to stop her. Weird day at Wiesbaden clinic for sure!!!

This place is a joke. It is during business hours and the appointment line says they are closed right after telling me their open hours. I could get better help from a lobotomy victim. The US army health care system basically is trained circus chimps in green uniforms that torment humans for personal pleasure. Just remember everybody dies some day. We hope to last a long time but with the diligent service of this place you will step into a grave sooner than later. FIX YOUR PHONE LINES YOU LYING STAINS OF HUMANITY.

Just had the worst Doctors experience of my entire life. I just sat in my car and cried after my appointment. Ive never been so unheard, talked down to and insulted by a medical professional in my life. I’ll never trust the staff at this location again. Doctors deserve respect but patient’s do too.

Horrible service from the civilian tech! I inadvertently clicked to have my prescriptions refilled at Landstuhl. She refused to assist and referred me to Landstuhl while I was there in her clinic. Thankfully, the young SSG provided me the # to Landstuhl, where I received another bout of customer no service

ANY good reviews are lying or went for something so easy even a 2 year old could do it. Always waiting for service and multiple times when confused or didn’t know the answer just straight up hung up on me.
