Almost threw away my Sim and broke my phone!To repair my screen, they told me it would cost 145€ for a Samsung A12 and I left a deposit of 20€. They said they would call me back when they received the glass piece. They didn't call for a week. When I called, an apprentice was on the phone, said he would call back. He called back and said he would need the order number. I gave him the order number, he said he would call back that day. They never called back. I went into the shop a few days later. They already received the glass piece to repair the screen. I left my phone there 24h to repair the screen, as they told me it would be ready the next day. I came back the next day, the screen was repaired, but the button to turn it on was broken. The guy was very rude and got angry when I asked to check my messages before leaving the phone again with him. He said I would need more patience. I just wanted to check my messages, as I couldn't plan my day and I didn't expect to be without phone that long. I paid (unfortunately) and went home with the broken phone, as I didn't trust them anymore. I just wanted to use my phone which only worked when plugging into the charger. Also the Sim was missing which I noticed at home. When I came back, he found my Sim in the bin with the order sheet. Never will come back. Very confused and chaotic place.

Auf der Suche nach 1 älteren Ladekabel , - da wurde es gleich auch reserviert ohne Probleme .Sehr freundlicher Verkäufer mit Fachkenntnis. Top und nur zu empfehlen. Gerne wieder.

Kind and helpful, but that doesn't matter when the product they sell is low quality. I was charged 15€ for a screen protector that I had to throw away after one day of use, because it was so soft it scratched instantly. The screen protectors are not glass, they are some sort of gooey latex that gathers fingerprints and dust.

Sehr freundlich. Da kennt sich jemand gut aus mit der Materie. Ich war zum ersten mal dort und denke, man kann dem jungen Mann vertrauen, dass er nicht ein gebrauchtes Teil einsetzt.

Schnell zuvorkommend, besser gehts nicht.
