Wir gehen schon seit einigen Jahren immer wieder gerne und gezielt in diesen Laden.Vielen Dank an die Geschäftsführung, die bisher immer ein gutes Händchen in der Auswahl ihrer Verkäufer bewiesen hat. Wir wurden hier immer stets sehr freundlich, kompetent, unkompliziert und humorvoll bedient. Jedesmal haben wir aufgrund der Mitarbeiter den Laden freudestrahlend verlassen. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch!

I wouldn’t recommend these guys.I had the worst experience in my life in returning an item and that happened at Jack & Jones. It’s so disappointing that such a well-known brand is so unfriendly to their customers when it comes to a return of an item. I claimed a return of a winter jacket on the 3d day of the purchase and they rejected it because the price label was cut off and the jacket was worn once. I know, I made a mistake telling them that, but I just wanted to be honest with them. There was no problem with the jacket, nothing. I had everything: the bill, the cut-off label, but they refused to take the jacket back. I had to “fight” for quite a while until they agreed to talk to their boss. They offered me to choose the other one instead of that one, but they were still against to return money. I chose the other one, as I had no other options. It didn’t pass either and I brought it back on the next day to them again, that time with all labels in place, bills and unworn with no luck again. First time they claimed they only take items back if the label is on. Second time, when everything was in place, they still refused. I am so disappointed. That happened in Berlin, in the most well-known shopping center, Mall of Berlin, at Jack & Jones. I am gonna avoid buying clothes at their shops now and gonna stop wearing items that I’ve already bought from them. Such a pity story.

Es gab keine Kunden im Geschäft, trotzdem hat der Verkäufer uns komplett ignoriert und ist, bevor wir eine Frage stellen konnten, im Personalbereich verschwunden. Selten so miese Kundenbetreuung erlebt.

Schöner kleiner Laden mit Kleidung in guter Qualität speziell für den Herrn.

Die Mitarbeiter waren super nett und total hilfsbereit.Es wurde sogar ein Artikel in dem Lager gesucht, der so nicht im Verkauf auslag.Es gab coole Aktionen faire Preise und sympathisches Personal. So muss das.

On Saturday (24.06), I asked a lady for 2 shorts from the storage because those items inside the store are already worn hundreds of times and stretched out. She faked going back into the storage without checking the product codes of the shorts and came back after a minute and told me no stocks. If you don’t want to work, then don’t. Don’t harm the brand’s reputation.

Der Verkäufer war so nett hat sich viel Zeit für uns genommen und er war total freundlich.

Ein kleinerer Jack & Jones Laden.Die Auswahl war nicht groß und die Teile sahen alle sehr Basic aus.Die Verkäuferin hat uns keines Blickes gewürdigt, geschweige ein Hallo oder Ähnliches heraus bekommen.Kann nur empfehlen lieber in das Geschäft ins Alexa zu gehen.
