Great clinic, quick care, but you will never, ever get these people on the phone. Anytime I need anything I have to take at least an hour out of my day to go in person. C'MON KLEBER!

I was closer to the ER but they tell us to book through our provider first. Booked the appointment and drive 30 mins to the appt only to be told to reschedule now I have to drive 30 mins back towards the ER!

Kleber Army Health Clinic
This clinic will never answer any phone calls. You can call all day and no one will answer. I also noticed that every military clinic in germany to include this one does not follow appointment times. Even with an appointment. You will not be seen for 20 to 30 min.
