Miete ist innerhalb von 2 Jahre um 120% gestiegen! Was schon eine ziemliche Unverschämtheit ist! Schade das es hierfür kein negativ rating gibt! Macht sogar dreist weiter Werbung wie preiswert sie sind! 1. Foto von Okt. 2020 & 2. Foto von Okt. 2021! Das war einmal! PS: Der Service ist zwar gut, rechtfertigt aber solche Preispolitik nicht!

Freundliche und kompetente Vertragsabwicklung. Transporter gibt es bei Einzug kostenlos und es muss nicht getankt werden. Das Lager ist sauber und ordentlich, meine Box wurde sogar nochmals ausgefegt. Unklar war leider nur, ob eine zusätzliche Versicherung abgeschlossen werden muss. Meine Versicherung lehnt die Haftung für ausgelagerte Gegenstände ab, somit muss eine zusätzliche Versicherung über Lagerbox abgeschlossen werden.Ansonsten: Empfehlenswert!

Check in was very easy, I did it almost two years ago. It was urgent and unplanned so I had to go there in the middle of the night for the first time and managed to find my way very easy. You get an SMS with the necessary details. A lock and key wait for you at the storage.Checked my stuff out a few days ago, there was a very kind gentleman that was offering help and ending the contract was very easy and they did not try to take extra months of paying even though it was a short notice.Recommended!

Ich hatte zwischenzeitlich leider keine Wohnung gefunden und habe meine Möbel 3 Monate untergestellt. Online hatte ich eine Box gemietet, als ich sie besichtigt hatte war mir sofort bewusst da passen nicht alle meine Sachen rein. Unkompliziert und schnell konnte ich Vorort vergrößern und einen besser Vertrag mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 7 Tagen vereinbaren. Leistung wie auch Service waren/sind top. Auch die Möglichkeit täglich in die Box zu gehen und Sachen rein und raustragen ist ein guter Service. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Excellent service throughout the entire process. Both Martin & Helge were very helpful. They suggested the appropriate size for my needs & arranged to store my products when I wasn’t available for delivery. When my needs changed, they offered me various options and as the contract is flexible it was so simple to change. The storage facility is clean, bright and secure. I highly recommend & trust Lagerbox Neukölln.

Very clean and well organized, clear pricing policy and website and super friendly staff. I have had a very good experience so far.Both employees I met, on my first time taking a tour and upon entrance, were very helpful and professional and in general a much better service than the common average in the city. Definitely recommended if you need some extra space

Ich bin begeistert. Ich habe mich bei der Lagergröße verschätzt und mir wurde prompt geholfen die richtige Größe zu finden. Auch der Rundgang und die Einweisung war erste Klasse. Sehr empfehlenswert.

At arrival as this was my first time doing self storage I got incredible help from Helge, I wouldn’t be able to do the process w/o his help.
