Why the hell would GLS choose a pickup shop (am Arsch der Welt) for me? This shop has no exact address, they don't answer the phone call.Look at the opening hours: from 10 to 17:00For those ppl who come from work at 18:00It's a catastrophic timing!The gls postman misspelled the address, it was not even readable, I had to google the shop after calling the customer service hotline.Very unfair and unprofessional

Came to pick up a GLS package and there was no one working there, I was told by the cleaner shop they would return in 20-30 minutes. After 15 minutes I left as there was already a line of people waiting for their package as well. I came the next day to pick up the package with no problems but the owner recognized my name from the google review and instead of apologizing he called my review unfair and and immature.

I dont understand the reviews. The guys are a bit laid back yes but they are very competent and honest. Went to duplicate a key and didnt took 5 minutes and 15€. Other shops charged almost 50€ for a simple key and had to wait for 2 hours!

Kleiner Shop mit GLS, Schuhreparatur und Reinigungs Servie in Einem. Sehr praktisch! Lediglich die Ausschilderung könnte man verbessern, um den Weg leichter zu finden. Werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
