Very kind and patient. Dr Med Olivier Staeck speaks good English and takes the time to listen. I was a new patient and got a meeting the next day. They have an in house lab for urine and blood samples. So far my best experience with a doctor in Berlin. Highly recommend !

Dr. Staeck is a very kind and professional doctor. On top of that he encourages his patients with full of hope. I always feel welcome and well treated when I visit the praxis. I would say he was the best doctor I ever had.

Really appreciated my experience here. I felt totally acknowledged and the doctor was very patient and re assuring, the area is lovely, and can definitely recommend the praxis. (English is possible to get away with also if this is your first language)

Lovely Doctor and friendly staff! Would totally recommend his Praxis! Everything is new and the praxis is situated in a lovely new building at the back of a very beautiful old hospital complex. Makes you feel very reassured !

Always appreciated Dr Staeck's appointments and chats. He enjoys a bit of chit chat which I think is so important for GPs. While he is oftentimes quite busy, I never felt like I was rushed immensely through appointments.I loved how Dr Staeck was close to my home, now it's a further away from me, but one can hardly criticize that, no?

Bester Hausarzt in Berlin! Dr. Staeck ist sehr freundlich, kompetent und hat mir bereits in ganz unterschiedlichen Fällen geholfen. Als ich eine Überweisung an einen Chirurgen bekommen wollte, operierte er einfach meinen Finger an seinem eigenen Tisch und rettete mich vor Schmerzen. Ich war sehr beeindruckt! Die Mitarbeiter sind auch sehr kompetent und freundlich, ich verlasse die Praxis immer mit einem Lächeln.

Ich bin so froh Dr. Staeck als Nephorologen gefunden zu haben.Dr. Staeck nimmt sich sehr viel Zeit für seine Patienten und erzeugt mit seiner Fachkompetenz und seinem Empathie bei mir ein Gefühl der Sicherheit. Ich fühle mich gut aufgehoben und vertraue deshalb auf seine Behandlung und seine Empfehlungen. Die Praxis ist modern und die mediz. Fachangestellte am Empfang sind sehr hilfbereit und versuchen immer eine Lösung zu finden.

So unglaublich freundliches Personal habe ich selten erlebt, auch bei telefonischer Nachfrage, kein genervtes Stöhnen. Dr. Staeck ist unglaublich kompetent, überzeugt mit Wissen, psychologischem Einfühlungsvermögen und ist auch noch lustig dazu. Ich kann diese Praxis nur empfehlen!
