Watch out these guys have found a way to steal from unassuming customers, especially forginers through their policy on annual renewal of membership without prior notice. The invoice is emailed on the day the membership renews so you have no opportunity to cancel and customer service refuses to refund or cancel the invoice when informed you don't need the service anymore as you don't live in the city or country and haven't used the service the entire preceeding year exceptonce. Shocking, only come across this sort of thing in Germany.
