Avoid dealing with this company - Villafinca is a sub division of them.We are repeat customers and a repeat guest of the property owner.When the owner cancelled our booking at short notice after being booked the previous year, they offered an alternative in a totally different place. Despite knowing that we needed to be near my elderly father who we were on holiday with they stated that I was not flexible" as they offered a property "just 7 kilometres away". This cancellation caused us great stress and a considerable amount of money and all they stated was " we have fulfilled our contractual obligation" ! unbeleiveable!!!"
