Bin super zufrieden

The worst place I have ever tried with my dog.We asked for brushing (remove few knots) and bathing him. The said: OK, come back in one hour.We were back after less than one hour and they said: your dog is ready.For our surprise he was totally wet!!!! They said: one hours was not enough for drying him!So why don't ask for more time? We paid 40 euros one hour for this? We could have done much better at home.Our groomer takes 2 hours for grooming, bathing, drying and brushing once again! The only problem she is too busy and not in Mainz.Totally disappointed. Good example of how you disappoint a customer. Waste of money.
