My wife attended the Deutsche language B1 class here. The class was okay, but the administration of this school is poor. We were told at the star that money spent on the monthly transport card would be back 'at the end of the month'....then when it didn't come back (it was a significant amount since we were coming from around 45 mins by train) we called and they didn't know why it wasn't back yet, according to them. Then more delay, and finally they said it would be back at the end of the class. Guess what didn't happen at the end of the class.....the money coming back.My wife went up and asked them almost daily about this money (which was well over 300 euro at this point) and still nothing. Finally we heard from them that it would be given to us 40 days following the class's end.So, we waited. Finally, after 50 days passed, we called again. NOW, yet again, the story has changed. Now, apparently, the money was given out and we missed the Special Day" that the money was given out on. This was the FIRST time anyone said anything about a SPECIAL day for the repayment....and now we're having to wait 3 more weeks for another 'special day' to come around.Just insane
