Our experience with Extra Arms has been excellent across the board. The founder, Giulia, and her associates are professional, experienced, and easy to work with. They guided us through the entire process of finding a nanny, from setting a budget and writing a job listing, through drafting and registering a work contract. As foreigners who speak no German, we were able to hire an excellent nanny before we arrived in Berlin. I would absolutely work with them again.

I worked with the Extra Arms team to create a pop up kindergarten for a big international event and it was a massive success! Thanks to the outstanding organizational, communicational and time management skills of the head of Extra Arms and the experienced and super lovely team of caretakers, they managed to create a professional, children- and parent-centric, multilingual environment, that welcomed children from various cultural and age backgrounds.
