Very much unprofessionalI am using O2 prepaid sim card since one and half year and when I bought it that time they were really friendly also said we can help in English and all. Today I had visit to store for releasing the prepaid number from O2 to other service provider as I can't afford charges. The person at shop is not at all helpful and after understanding that changing to other service provider he immediately change that i can not understand explain me in German. This is same person (i am not aware about his name) from whom i bought the sim. Changing to other service provider completely changes his expression and he started arguing that we can not do. However similar releasing O2 prepaid sim has been done for my friend at same store by other person and today's person has just refused to do. Very much unprofessional and not at all helpful.They will just change behavior if you are their customer then they will be very good if not then very bad.
