We called the day before our appointment to confirm time. They said between 8-10am because we were their first stop. We drive out early the next day to make sure we are there to meet them and they don’t show up. Call to see what the heck is going on, and find out that now they’re “sure they’ll get there before noon” My husband took off from work the morning to be there for the appointment time that we had, and had to leave before they showed ip since they changed the time without telling us. It wasted an entire day on our end. Extremely disappointed, unimpressed. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend under any circumstances.

STAY AWAY!!!The worst moving experience we ever had. First the Container the ITO Inspector defined, was never ordered until we paid extra $$$ for a larger Container, we only got told after packing and Crate Loading was completed. Then a lot of Furniture and HHG's were damaged at arrival. At the end the Nightmare continued with the Insurance: very very slow response, always repeading the same requests, excuses and delays and only a portion of all damaged HHG's were covered after 5 Months of negotiations and reminders.

The crew we just had, pack our house for an international move, did the best job I have experienced in 21 years. They were professional, courteous and very respectful of our belongings. I would gladly hire them for any future moves.

I can only comment on packout. All movers were professional, courteous, and fast. Packed, loaded and cleared their stuff in 6 hours. Our coordinater offered a crate for a special item, requested mattress and bikes to be boxed with no issue. Driver showed up with all the items we requested.

They told me they would be at my house between the hours of 8 and 5. I spent all day waiting, called them twice to confirm my appointment. 5 o clock rolls around and they don’t show. I call again, this time speaking to a supervisor who contacts their dispatch office. Was then told they would be at my residence in 20-30 minutes. Another hour goes by, no show. Tried calling their office back but the phone just kept ringing, they had obviously left for the day. Extremely unprofessional company that does not deserve government contracts. Absolutely disgusted with my experience with this company.

This company delivered our HHG to Stuttgart area and stole one of our electronics, a Nintendo Switch. Absolutely disgusted with you. Why did you unwrap and disassemble the dresser before it entered my home and then take things from it? How disrespectful.EDIT: they responded to me “we can’t locate you as our customer” yeah it’s under William Coldicott. You absolutely can locate us as customers. How is that a sufficient response to theft?I tried calling these people in regards to the theft and was told to speak to Bridget but she was unavailable. My husband tried calling to speak to Bridget and was hung up on. These people don’t want to solve the theft.

ITO Mobeltransport GmBH is very professional and responsive moving company in the correspondence I had with the company. I contacted the company to use a backup moving company, but n the end did not use them because the situation worked itself out. However, they speak very good English, respond very quickly emails, want to help, and follow up which rare for business in the area. Also, Nicole thanks for your assistance.

STAY AWAY!!! This company takes no pride in their work and will rush you to get the items packed by sacrificing a quality pack job. They destroyed a couple of high dollar items which could have been avoided by doing there job the right way. They do not treat you like a customer!

Military chose this company for our PCS move. We received an email the day before confirming our appointment stating they’d arrive in the afternoon, they showed up at 1400. Everything was done and placed on the truck by 1800. A team of three men were very professional and cared for our things.We prepped the house in advance by putting everything in two rooms. We also marked areas that did not need to be packed.

The move coordinator for my PCS move was the best one I ever had. They offered me a virtual survey to preinspect my goods which was very easy for me to use and saved me a lot of time waiting all day home for an inspector.On the day of packing they arrived on the estimate time that was provided to me. The manager showed up and checked if the move was going smooth. I did very much appreciate the packers and the people around who assist me and answered all my questions.I can only say thank you so much for this professional move to me!
