AVOID THIS COMPANY! We rented a car from them in Hamburg airport yesterday. Shortly afterwards, we found out that all flights from Hamburg on Thursday and Friday are cancelled so we have to fly from Berlin. Instead of being accommodating or even polite, the company have straight up refused to amend our booking in any way, shape or form. We asked them if we can bring the car back to their drop off point in Berlin instead of Hamburg and they said absolutely not. Their alternative suggestion is to bring the car back to Hamburg despite the fact that this is 2.5 hours drive in the wrong direction for us and then they will charge us for a new car to bring to Berlin. They are aware that we're traveling with a baby and that our flight cancellation is due to a strike and out of our control, but they simply don't care. Not only have they not been helpful, but they've got no compassion for our situation. I've never had such a horrible customer service experience in my life. I recommend people stay well away from this company.
