Our travel to Germany and Austria over Christmas - New Year was a very special family trip.Originally I contacted my local travel agent but they weren’t able to assist me with the personalised trip that I wanted.I started searching myself and came across Viatorius Tours. I sent an email to Markus Germann with details of the trip I was hoping to plan for our family. Markus was prompt with his reply and together with the inclusions I wanted in the itinerary and Markus’ local knowledge of places to visit and things to do, we created the perfect holiday.The flexibility of the itinerary allowed us to visit all the places we planned and some! It had something for everyone. Christmas Markets, shopping, history and many places of interest. Markus’ recommendations of places to eat were on point and had us experiencing the local fare with plenty of choice for everyone!Markus went above and beyond to ensure a memorable trip was had by all. Amazing adventure through the “romantic” region. Our Tour guide Chris took us from: Castles, Bavarian Towns, German Alps, Lakes, we even hiked up Germany’s Highest Waterfall in the Black Forest! Our trip was in Sept 2015… and we had 8 in our party age range 2-73. We were Chris’s first Tour- but he was well trained and the experience was a 10 of 10. I highly recommend using Viatorius Tours for your next European trip. They customize your tour to exactly what you want. The tour consists of only your party and you will not have the issues of larger tours with people you don't know. They find the coolest lodging and great restaurants that suit your diet. My wife and I are vegan, and Markus found great places in Germany and Norway when we went there. If you want to change your itinerary (within reason) they adapt to your wishes. And, above all, Markus is a great person and fun to be with. We enjoyed having him join us for most of our meals!! Choose Viatorius, you will love it.

I have toured a couple times with Viatorius Tours Germany UG through Germany, Austria, Switerland and Italy, what amazing adventures!! I was thouroughly impressed with the owner Markus` level of knowledge in every region, as well as his bilingual English speaking skills! Viatorius scheduled and confirmed all all my flights, hotel accomendations, site seeing reservations and some exquiste meal reservations! It`s unbelieveable how much care ,time and energy this company puts in to providing such an amazing private tour vacation! The best private chaffeured expierence hands down! Just tell them what you want to see, they book it and YOU relax, no stress, for me that was the best... I cannot wait to tour again!

The only way to see Germany! Markus was so good with customizing our trip, booking amazing hotels and providing timely, complete information before and during our trip. We used Markus from Viatorius Tours Germany for a wonderful trip to Germany in October of 2022. We started in Frankfurt and toured with him for 14 days thru southern Germany and Austria. He set up all of our reservations at wonderful hotels and we ate at excellent restaurants. He has great recommendations for attractions and sites to visit. Markus and our other driver Astrid were very personable! They drove the van and spoke fluent German and English so we didn’t have to worry about driving or any language barriers. It was an amazing trip! I would highly recommend using Viatorius for any tours.

I spent a day with Robert from Viatorius Tours, who drove us eastward from Heidelberg to the small town of Waldsassen, Germany on border of the Czech republic. We decided to hire a driver because the train connections were too many and we wouldn't have been able to make our connections in one day's time. Robert turned out to be a magnificent tour guide and such a pleasant road companion that we left as friends at the end of the day. He showed us the beautiful towns of Rothenburg and Bamburg along the way. He walked us through these tours chatting about the history as he guided us along the most interesting routes through town. The route to Waldsassen turned out to be more ambitious than any of us originally thought as we encountered a spring snow squall when we passed through the mountainous region of the east. Robert kept his cool and humor, delivering us safely to our destination. He was a magnificent driver. We were sorry to only have this one day with him. I don't know if Robert is still working with Viatorius but I can also attest to how positive my dealings with Markus Germann were as we made arrangements for this trip. He was attentive to every detail, always answering promptly and providing us with helpful details of trip.

We had a great time on tour with Markus! He was a great driver and a joy to have with us. We went around different German cities, and he never failed to check all of our boxes for sites to see. We will definitely be touring again with him in the future!
