Yes, the price is ridiculously high, but one can always count on their quality. You get an expensive mango but it’s almost always the best texture and taste. You can get a mango for 4,99 euros at a supermarket but it never gets softened and there is no taste. So for those who prefer to pay more for a better taste, Vitaminchen is the place to go. If not, I understand the price is not justifiable. So it’s best to ask the price first and decide. It’s a fruit shop for the niche group.

Für mich der beste Obstladen weit und breit mit Preisen, die der großartigen Qualität angemessen sind. Das Schönste: die extrem freundlichen Obstverkäufer machen alles mit Herz und ausgewählter Höflichkeit. Ich komme seit Jahren her und habe das Gefühl, dass sie jede Flugmango mit Vornamen kennen. 1A Service! 1A Produkte!

Wer frisches, hochwertiges und vor allem leckeres Obst essen möchte, wird Vitaminchen fest in seine Einkaufsroutine einplanen, sobald er einmal dort war. Die Jungs haben immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen und sind super freundlich. Das Obst und Gemüse ist selbstverständlich teurer als beim Discounter, aber bei Gucci kostet die Jeans eben auch mehr als bei Zara.Vitaminchen ist jeden Euro wert und mein Top-Tipp für Berlin in Sachen Obst!

Unfriendly and physically violent staff!I asked for some cut up mango from the display in the window. The Display had a Price List 4,99€. I handed the man 10€ and he said 7,99€ and gave me change 2€.Hmmm. I said that is too expensive. He said it’s a different kind of mango. We spoke about incorrect pricing. I was calm and correct but very quickly there was a heated argument and the man demanded to know, yes or no, if I wanted the cheaper or expensive mango. He also ripped the mango from my hand and put it back on the Counter. Under pressure from his violent manner I didn’t know what to do. I just wanted to be away from the threatening scary man. I had paid 7,99€ and so took the mango again to leave. He again RIPPED THE MANGO FROM MY HAND AND THEEE IT ON TJE FLOOR!!! I feel traumatized.

Immer wieder gern, wenn ich Urlaub in Berlin mache. Frisches Obst, leckere frisch gepresste Säfte und ein freundlicher aufgeschlossener Verkäufer!!Was will man mehr!!

Zweimal übers Ohr gehauen worden, dass reicht. Im Sommer teure Zuckeraprikosen gekauft. Wurden von der Bedienung abgepackt und gewogen. Zu Hause 80% davon überreif und davon über die Hälfte schon zerdrückt. Musste viele weg werfen (Preis 8€). Jetzt Äpfel für 2,50€ pro Kilo gekauft. Gewicht 1,48 Kilo. Preis 4,99€. Das war's jetzt. Bin sonst immer mal gerne hingegangen.

The presentation is very attractive. It seems like they hand picked the fruit because everything looks very fresh and ripe.The freshly pressed juices are very rich and good too.The only con is the price, the juice for 4€ makes it a consideration only for special days.

Mit Abstand !! Der beste Obstladen Berlins.Dieses Obst ist ein Hochgenuss. Leider hat das Obst ein Problem. Nachdem man das Obst von Vitaminchen gegessen hat, kann man nirgendwo anders mehr Obst essen. Das ist leider die Wahrheit. Dazu noch super nette Verkäufer. Teuer, aber jeden Cent wert.
