I would like to share with you the feedback on receiving the promised service in your office at Jägerstraße 6, 01099 Dresden.When I was brought to the office I was refused to provide services according to the contract. Where the address to which I came is clearly stated.The office staff offered to re-ordered the service on your site, which I do not intend to do.1. Because I have already spent too much time to get the service you promised.-your website not working in this weekend.- I don't want to waste any more of my time on an unpredictable service in office.2. one of the suggestions was to write that I am sick and rebook the service. Just a great service, always wished I was given this kind of advice rather than a service.3. On my offer to come tomorrow and get the service I was told that they will not serve me.Considering that the experience was disgusting the first time. I will now have to go to another company to provide communication services in Germany.I do not recommend this office and Vodafone.P.S. Wanted to write this in the feedback form to get a response from the company. But unfortunately it doesn't work...

Wie immer schnelle Lösung bei kompetenten Mitarbeitern. Gute Beratung, bei Vodafone ist man ja immer im Vorteil wenn man im Store seines Vertrauens Dinge löst, über die Hotline Vodafone brauchen wir ja nicht reden...
