We wanted to have a pick-up organized for printer of a well-known producer. We received a slip detailing the process, the LGI number to call for organizing the pick-up in Germany and e-mail from LGI.First of all, nobody is answering the phone - there is always an answering machine hanging up after the message.Second of all, e-mails, although originally sent in German, will be answered in English from a location in the Czech Republic, which some people might find difficult.Third, pick-up did not take place as agreed and a whole vacation day was wasted, the request for a shipment label to bring this packaged to a DPD shop ourselves remains now unanswered for days.To summarize - we still have the package, no shipment label and silence after several follow-ups ! I am super pi...ed!

War dort zur Warenladung.Vorne muss man sich anmelden mit dem Namen seiner Firma und dem Kennzeichen anmelden.Auf dem Gelände ist das tragen von Warnweste und Sicherheitsschuhen pflicht.Das Personal im Lager ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Gerne wieder.

Ich vermute, daß die Kürzel LGI" für deren Kernkompetenzen "Lustlosigkeit"

Delay in payment over 120 days. Waste of time.
