The lady was super attentive and delicate with my nails. They done exactly what I asked for. A plus that they have someone who speaks English. Will definitely come back.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ACRYLIC REMOVALI am extremely disappointed with their lack of care in removing my acrylics, leaving me with an extreme ridge in my nail and brittle nails that keep breaking and bleeding. I came here early February in order to have a set of acrylics removed and I told them I don’t want any polish, just a natural nail. I could feel they were using the e-file too strongly against my natural nail as I was in a lot of pain during the removal process. I even told the nail technician it hurt but she didn’t change anything about her approach. It was nearing closing so the woman left and another man stepped into finish removing them. It was very clear he just wanted to close up shop, which I realize I didn’t want to keep them over time but if they knew they couldn’t allocate sufficient time for a safe removal, I would have been totally fine coming in another day. The man changed the nail bit to a harsher one and kept digging into my natural nail, filing off numerous layers of my natural nail. My nails felt like they were on fire, they were burning so much and I told him it hurt. He didn’t do anything and kept digging into my nails further. I paid way too much for this pain and I walked out of my appointment with nails that have never felt more brittle and weak. It was hard to do everyday activities such as tying my shoe and washing my hair without my nails bending and breaking. They were all scratched up even after applying endless vaseline and hand lotion— I had to put on band aids every few days. Up until now, my nails have continued to break and bleed. They filed down so many layers of natal nail that I have a severe ridge on my nail and I now have to wait until a completely new nail grows in before I can get another set. I am extremely frustrated with how the utter lack of care in removing my acrylic removal. I can’t speak to their application of acrylics but I warn you, please don’t come here for any sort of removal unless you want to wait almost 3 months of cracked and bleeding nails.

ich liebe dieses studio. sie sind so süß, hilfbereit, haben ein auge für details und ich habe noch nie das studio unzufrieden verlassen. mein persönlicher favorit ist eine simple french manicure die jedes mal perfekt wird. ich kann dieses studio wirklich nur jedem empfehlen.

sehr schlechter ort hab den eine farbe gezeigt die die nicht hatten die aber von den war.Ich wollte hell rosa und habe durchsichtig bekommen,hab den gesagt ich will das nicht so sie hat mir versucht glitzer einzureden ,sie wollte keine farbe drüber machen .Jetzt sieht man durch den nagel mein original nagel durch und bläschen sind auch die die form ist auch nicht so geworden wie ich sie wollte.Sie war sehr unfreundlich und hatte garkeine lust auf die arbeit.Ich finds wirklich schade bin sehr unzufrieden und schäme mich für meine Nägel.Sehr schlechte erfahrung, nur weil man kein erwachsener ist würde man nicht ernst genommen und respektiert.Nicht empfehlenswert!!!

Got old shellac removed and a manicure for 18 euro.Girl who did my nails obviously wasn't experienced, and got help from the senior staff with the manicure. Result is fine, even though I got a small cut.I have nothing against inexperienced staff, but I don't think it should be full price.They have stuff who speak english. Cash only.

Bin mittlerweile regelmäßig Kundin und wirklich rundum zufrieden mit der Qualität, der Sauberkeit und dem freundlichen Service. Habe hier stets die Nägel bekommen, die ich mir gewünscht habe; Beispielfotos und Designs werden problemlos umgesetzt. Die Nägel halten so gut wie immer, selbst nach 3-4 Wochen rauswachsen. Empfehle das Studio jedem meiner Freund*innen weiter.

So perfekt! Sehr freundlich und nett, der Laden sieht auch gut aus. Habe sich an die Covid-Regeln gehalten und es war sehr sauber. Werde wieder kommen.(Edit) I have gotten my nails done here many times before and always been satisfied. Recently though I had a negative experience BUT this negative experience quickly turned positive again. I had gotten my nails done and they were too short + the chrome wasn’t strong enough. I came back to discuss my thoughts and they offered to repair them. Now I am completely satisfied and happy with my results, I’m very grateful that they listened to me and re did them. I will continue to go here :)

Incredibly poor client service. I had a reservation for 18.00h manicure, and I came on time. Girl who worked there just asked me what type of manicure I was going to have, and then gave me sign to wait. No tea or water was suggested, I would not even describe the dirtiest I have ever seen sofa for waiting. So I have been sitting and waiting there with no update or attention. After 40 mins me being there, no sign of anyone finishing their manicures, so l stood up and left. I do not recommend this place if you value your time. I suggest this manicure place pays more attention at client service and improves it asap.
