I rented a van from this company for a ski trip with family, upon returning the returning the van to its parking place Sunday afternoon I received a call Monday afternoon from them about a dent (quarter size) in the back door. After we went back and forth about the damage I was charged 1826.64 Euro that is over 2000.00 USD for the replacement of the complete rear door. The door was never replaced. This a small rental company which will make money any way they can. They do not offer extra insurance for their vehicles. They say the renter's insurance will cover any damages, that is false. Do not take the risk with this company, stay with the professional rental agencies. (Enterprise, Hurtz, etc.) I hope no one else has to deal with this company.

Wir haben hier einen Bus gemietet. Alles hat sehr gut geklappt und der Preis war auch vollkommen OK. Beim nächsten Mal werden wir wieder an Firma Plein denken. Dankeschön!
