Why is it closed in Ramadan?

This is a Turkish Masjid and is present close to the DB Station. The worship language is in Turkish and as per the Islamic law. The prayer hall is in the first floor and consists of two big prayer rooms which can accomodate 200 people in approximate. Clean and Hygienic place. The place to do wazoo is in the basement of the building.
