Try the preorder service, it’s a real treat! Did it twice: first time they had to register everything again manually to get my order together, second time they simply forgot to prepare it and I had the choice to wait till they collect it from all over the airport or just leave... took the second option... other than buying what you see, don’t bother. I am still waiting for the points of the first order to be credited. Their app, points collection, etc, nothing works. Heinemann could show them how things are done right...

Great service, if it could be possible I would spend a lot more on whisky part:) nice chat about whiskies. Other parts of the shop also keep the good level.

Very nice and well maintained. When a specific liquor was not available (but they had it in departures) the very friendly sales rep actually walked across half the airport to go get me two bottles. Will definitely come again.
