This is a perfect accommodation for one person for a short-term stay, like 1 or 2 years. I lived there for approximately two years without any issues. The place was exceptionally clean, quiet, and perfect for leisure activities. There is a large supermarket nearby, which was convenient. Communication was excellent as well. The contact person, Laura, was highly efficient, pleasant, and helpful. Overall, my experience with the (Cubus130) was fantastic.

Excellent accommodation for a single person, completely technological building, exceptional structure, shared laundry with excellent equipment and easy and practical to use. Perfect location, close to markets and transport (bus, tram and S-Bahn) All furniture is new and the apartment is delivered completely renovated. I lived in this building for one year, right after the pandemic, and I don't regret the choice. To become a tenant, I didn't have a lot of bureaucracy as in other properties in Germany and I didn't have any headaches regarding administration. On the contrary, whenever necessary, the building administrator (at the time Laura Beckmann) was always very helpful and attentive. I definitely recommend this place.
