I've been working with 2Bind for about 2 years and so far I really enjoyed working with everyone at this company.They are very responsive and always return the results promptly. If there was any expected delay, they always reached out and let us know in advance.More importantly, the data quality is also great and they always return the results - raw data and a report- in a nicely organized manner. The report has an overview of the measured parameters (what they are and what they mean). Additionally, the report includes an interpretation of data or explanation of various events observed during measurements.They are also always available and very helpful when I had any questions in regards to the data, or even when I wanted to see what their expert opinion is based on the results of some particular experiment.I am a PD/R&D scientist working for a pharmaceutical company based in the US. Despite the fact that we always have to ship our samples internationally, I always enjoyed working with 2Bind and highly recommend them to other biotech companies/labs.
