I was told there is a 10-15 min grace period. I called to let them know I was running late and on my way. They were aware. I get to the salon at the 10 min mark and was told I can’t be seen. I was told by a lady with glasses that they give a 15 min grace period and that the lady's next customer was in about 10 min. Why do they share false info when someone calls and let’s you know they are running late and that they are on their way that they can still be seen within the time limit. I was there and then told no by them once I arrived. Yes I was running late but i called to let them know and arrived in time for the grace period. This is the second bad review I am leaving. The other one was from March of last year and it is on Facebook. This salon is unprofessional with handling issues or situations. I will NOT recommend this place.

I had made an appointment but I arrived early. I asked if I could gotten in early. The lady was EXTREMELY rude to both me and my husband when telling us they could not get me in early. We wandered around the BX waiting an hour and 15 minutes until my appointment time. I went back 10 minutes before my appointment time. There was no one to greet me. Finally I told the lady I was there for my appointment. It appeared there was one person working on 3 women. Another person arrived and started working on another person. The lady that was so rude to us walked right by me as she was leaving. Did not say a word to me. No one said anything to me. After waiting 20 minutes, I got up and left.

They don't take walk-ins. Walked in at 1730(they close at 1800) and they had no customers, both stylist would not take me and wanted me to schedule an appointment for the next day. I understand it's 30 minutes until you close, one was literally sitting down doing nothing. I'll call management and ask if that's normal procedures to refuse clients 30 minutes before close if they're not serving customers.
