They do beautiful work but they are very strange. The guy who runs the place usually takes at least two or three minutes to come to the front; perhaps he is all by himself which would explain that somewhat. They are also relatively slow but I've found them to be pretty reliable within two days. In any event, --today my visit turned out to be a disaster. I was told that they would need four days before I could pick up my laundry, Today is Thursday so I did the math in my head and that meant Monday. But the guy said I would have to pick up on Wednesday and I leave Berlin on Tuesday. So now I have to wander through Berlin to find another place. When I asked for a place nearby he just said Alexanderplatz" without even offering an address. I want to be fair here as they've always done a beautiful job. But the vibe was distinctly unfriendly and I won't be back."

I have been trying to get them to clean my shirts for quite a while, as their location is convenient if you take the S-Bahn in Ostbanhof, but I have finally given up. The guy is very rude, he is never in a hurry to appear from behind the clothes and pick up yours, and you never know how long he is going to say it will take. It ranges from 3 to 7 days, and sometimes he lets you pay double to be a bit quicker, but sometimes he does not. All seemingly random and without explanation, as he usually does not even bother to reply to your greeting.

Früher meine Nummer 1 in Sachen Reinigung. Wir hatten jahrelang eine Kundenkarte, waren Stammkunden. Jetzt leider eine große Enttäuschung. Mein Wollmantel sieht und riecht genauso wie vor 14 Tagen zur Abgabe. Ganz deutliche Verschmutzungen sind noch immer zu sehen. Bei der Nachfrage kommt nur ein uninteressiertes: Ich weiß nicht wie ihr Mantel vorher aussah. Um Fusseln wegzubekommen muss extra gezahlt werden.Für diesen Service ist mir der Preis zu hoch!Nein danke. Ich komme nicht wieder.

Textil-Reinigung mit guter Qualität. Kragenecken von Hemden kommen hier wirklich glatt zurück und nicht wie bei anderen Reinigungen mit Bügelfalte oder geknüllt. Leider fällt der Automat, mit dem man auch außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten Textilien abgeben oder abholen kann (Achtung: hierfür benötigt man eine Kundenkarte mit Guthaben), öfters aus. Aktuell ist dieser schon fast ein halbes Jahr nicht in Funktion. Öffnungszeiten sind ok.

This place is trash! I brought my clothes for dry-clean a few times. They always came back with the same stains, as if nothing was cleaned. They charge crazy too. Very rude people - last time I picked up my clothes and showed the guy they were not clean, the Turkish said When you don't like- go somewhere else!" So I did. Just picked up the same 4 pieces of clothes from a different dry clean service. Ostbanhof charged me 58e for them and now I paid only 26e.. my clothes are clean

I brought a big winter jacket to clean. They told me it would have taken 8 days. After 8 days my jacket smelled exactly as it was when I brought it there.I noticed that the zip was broken and the guy very unapologetically told me that that zip and buttons are not covered by any insurance.He basically charged me 27 euro just to brake my zip.Avoid this place

Kleidung war sauber! Service und Freundlichkeit haben noch Potential nach oben. Bis zum nächsten Mal :)

Excellent. I had read other not-so-good reviews here, where you're reading mine, perhaps, and even tried seeking other Google recommended laundry services because of those reviews (places which, as it turned out, did not actually do laundry but were dry-clean only). Feeling cornered, I went to the Ostbahnhof with low expectations. Well, no complaints at all. Don't want to share cost since that's important to businesses to keep close to their chests, but fair and certainly not exorbitant.
