I had the pleasure of residing at Home & Co South for several months, from March to September of 2022, and I must say it was a wonderful experience. Situated in a central location in Dresden, this student accommodation offers convenience at its finest, with a tram and bus stop right in front of the building.One of the highlights of my stay was the cozy and modern apartment I called home during my time at Home & Co South. The living space was well-designed, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere where I could relax and study.What truly sets Home & Co South apart is the exceptional staff who consistently went above and beyond to ensure the utmost satisfaction of their residents. Nancy and Zhilin, in particular, were incredibly accommodating, always ready to lend a helping hand and resolve any issues or concerns that arose.Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend Home & Co South as an ideal choice for your first home in Germany. Beyond the convenient location and the comfortable, modern apartments, the standout feature of this accommodation is undoubtedly the friendly and supportive staff. Nancy and Zhilin's exceptional service truly made me feel valued as a resident, and I have no doubt that they will extend the same warmth and assistance to future tenants.

Hallo liebes neue Team,ich finde es extrem super wie ihr mit eurem neuen Management das Haus auf einen luxuriöse Art und Weise mit Denkmalschutz verschönert sodass jeder aus der Welt hier Wohnen kann und an Zuhause denkt. Ich lebe seit gut 5 Jahren in dem Gebäude und habe mit erlebt wie es gewachsen ist. Mir gefällt das Parket in den Fluren und auch die Wandmalerei in den Treppenhäusern. ich freue mich weiterhin hier zu wohnen und immer so toll von Zhillin begrüßt zu werden wenn man durch die Haustür geht und empfangt wird. Der neue Community Bereich im Keller ist sensationell gelungen. Man konnte von außen einen kleinen Blick erhaschen, und freue mich sehr wenn es bald eröffnet wird. Ein wirklich hochwertiges Ambiente wurde geschaffen somit können alle aus dem Haus sich vereinen und kennenlernen.

i love it here! i have lived here since October and there are only good things to say honestly! my room is very spacious and comfortable, everything you need is provided for, and the management is so approachable and helpful. they will literally do their best to help you with anything you need and care so much for the building’s safety. couldn't have found a better place!

I have experienced living in couple of student accommodations, but none even come close to this one.The building itself is both historical and beautiful.Since lasrt year that the manager has been changed, a lot of good changes has also happened. The team is always ready to help and the manager is always selflessly there for the tenants. Together they have made a good experience of living for me, and I thank them for it.It’s true that they say “You start living, we take care of the rest.”

Great place to live if you're starting to work in Germany. The management is very supportive and will help you with all the needed documentation - even if you're from the EU there are quite a lot of things to take care of. All you need is just to show that you have a job/study in Germany and you're ready to move in.

Ich kann dieses Studentenwohnheim nur wärmsten empfehlen. Die Betreuung der Mieter ist einfach klasse - egal ob eine Glühbirne defekte ist, man Hilfe beim Ein- oder Auszug brauch oder einfach mal ne Empfehlung braucht, weil man neu in der Stadt ist. Besonders Zhilin aus dem Büro ist immer da und hilft super freundlich weiter.Die Wohnung sind echt schickt eingerichtet, habe alles was man braucht vor Ort und die zentrale Lage ist zum Wohnen einfach perfekt. Ich kann es jedem Studenten nur empfehlen hier zu wohnen, auch wenn man nur für eine kurze Zeit in Dresden ist.

Absolutely amazing experience of living.The new manager has made changes that has made the experience even better.I have and will in the future suggest this place to new students who are searching for a place where feels like home.Amazing is all I can say✨

I was planning to move this place but changed my mind, because I did not hear a single positive thing about it! The prices are too high, and you don't get the advertised facilities in reality. The management should stop treating the tenants as if they don't care about them and give the guarantee of everything that is promised on the website. I am very curious how the experience would be if I would actually moved there!

I moved in this building last few months and I was desperate to find a house.Everywhere else was either so highly priced and/or not furnished.Home & co’s support team and the managent were so helpful during my move-in and really gave me a hand in having the right choice.
