Visa-Antrag abgegeben. Kaum hatten wir eine Nummer gezogen, waren wir auch schon dran. Hat alles super geklappt. Sehr nette Dame, die uns alle Fragen beantwortet hat. Die negativen Erfahrungen der anderen hier in den Bewertungen kann ich nicht bestätigen. Die Biometrischen Daten wurden direkt auch mit aufgenommen. Nun müssen wir nur noch auf die Bestätigung per Mail warten.

Sehr unfreundliches Personal was man auch zu spüren bekommt. Das Personal sprach teilweise kein Deutsch und Formulare oder andere Hilfmittel waren nur auf Englisch. Die Räumlichkeiten sind nicht sehr einladend, es handelt sich eher um ein Hinterhofbüro.

I would have given them a zero star if I could. The most irresponsible staff I have ever seen in any office. I have waited 3 hours for a 3 minutes biometrics. They were about to send me back because of their poor knowledge of their job after 3 hours taking the train to their office. And finally, the biggest gift that I was honored to receive from them was that I filled in a refund form at their office, the boss was claiming that we dont want to keep your money, and after three months I found that not only the money is gone, but also the form has been thrown directly into trash!If you need to visit any VFS representative, don’t go there.

Спасибо большое за вашу работу,сервис работает очень профессионально.Отправлял паспорт на вклейку визы по почте из Дании,о каждом этапе что происходило с паспортом сообщали по электронной почте,весь процесс от приёма документов до отправки назад занял меньше недели.

Wie man sich darüber aufregen kann, dass man hier kein Deutsch spricht.. Was will man mit nem Visum für Kanada, wenn man die Landessprache nicht kann?Mein Gefühl sagt mir 'wie man in den Wald ruft, so schallt es hinaus'. Der erste Kontakt war definitiv etwas kühl, ähnlich wie in fast jeder anderen Behörde auch. Doch schnell war eine gute Stimmung mit etwas smalltalk bei der Bearbeitung hergestellt und meine Anliegen waren ruckzuck fertig.Von Unfreundlichkeit keine Spur, für mich eine durchweg positive Erfahrung.

I would also give them 0 stars if possible. 1 of the worst organisations I have come across, I do not know how do they still exist.I had made the payment for sending the passport back to me after stamping on 08.02, this included filling the forms. I got a confirmation from Canadian embassy, saying that the passport has been sent back to VFS Düsseldorf on 13th. I was waiting for my passport for a week, after which I contacted them and they asked for all the details again, on 24.02.23, saying that they will send by express post.Crazy, I wish in 2023 we had better, faster services, for the money they charge!

This is their new building. They have computer and photo machine for extra fees where u can fill the form, print some things. They will not guide applicants in any form. They dont commit any timelines. Absolutely no help apart from filling out form or printing some receipts. When i went there were only two people before me. No rush. They even dont check what documents we have submitted. They just pack all documents and send them to canada consulate in vienna, astria as far as i know.
