Best Place (Remscheid) GmbH & Co. KG

I have been calling them for a storage area for almost two weeks every single day. Each time I call they say send an email which I do and never got a reply back. Today I called them again and told her you tell me everyday to send an email which I do and you don't answer back. I told her that I need the storage urgently and as soon as possible and I cannot wait anymore, suddenly she hung up the phone and never answered again. Very bad customer support and the employees seem very reckless as if they don't want to rent any storage area. I am really disappointed in this very bad service and if its possible to put zero stars I would have done this. I would like that the owner of the company checks out this review so he can know about his unprofessional employees.
