Über check24 für letzten Samstag Mietwagen gebucht. Hat alles super geklappt, zur Verfügung gestellter Wagen war sogar höherklassig. Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich und hat alles super erklärt. Punktabzug gibt es leider für das Parkhaus!!! Auf allen Etagen inklusive Aufzug wird offenbar wild uriniert, bei wochenlangen Sommerwetter und Hitze stinkt es gotterbärmlich. Und es wurde mit Sicherheit schon länger nichts mehr dagegen unternommen. Ein Hochdruckreiniger würde Wunder wirken.

They take money for fuel and dont return then on the card when you left the car.

I have a very bad experience for my rental in frankfurt HBF. When i collect the car, the car was very dirty, furthermore someone should be there to do the check when we collect and return car. I return the car with same condition like what i pick up. However, the day after i return the car i receive the bank message that i was charged by Budget Euro826.47. I try to contact them but no people can answer my enquiry. Then i ask my aunty in frankfurt to contact them then they just reply me and said that we had scratch their car. We reply them complain about the issue but they not follow up anymore.
