The workmanship is of good quality, and the receptionists are very nice and helpful, and even better, they speak very good English. But I have to complain of the tow service, that I asked for through ADAC (they are an ADAC partner). I reported the problem at 18h on a working day, the tow service said that it is late and if I agree for them to pick up the car early in the morning the next day. The car was picked up at 11h the next day, the repair lasted until 13.30h, and then the paperwork took 45 minutes... I finally got the car at 14:15, full 22h after reporting, and the repair was just putting a new tyre.

Hatte in Urlaub plötzlich diese Meldung. Am Samstag vormittag konnte ich noch eine Batterie kaufen und sie wurde auch vom Mitarbeiter kostenlos ersetzt.
